Guests can enjoy a spaghetti dinner, salad, roll, and cookie for $15.00, with both dine-in and take-out options available. Dinner service will begin at 4:00 PM and continue until sold out. To reserve a dinner in advance, please call the Knights of Columbus at (518) 585-6520. A cash bar and 50/50 raffle will also be available, and Barkeater Band will perform live from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.

All proceeds from the spaghetti dinner will directly support the 2026 Best 4th in the North Celebration, one of the region’s largest Independence Day festivals.

“The Best 4th in the North has always been about community spirit and hometown pride,” said Debbie Barber, Chairperson of the Best 4th in the North Committee. “This fundraiser is a fun and meaningful way to come together, enjoy a great meal, and support an event that brings joy to so many people each summer. The Best 4th in the North Celebration, organized by TMSP and dedicated volunteers, draws thousands of visitors each year to Ticonderoga for its multi-day event featuring a parade, vendors, live music, family activities, and one of the area’s most spectacular fireworks displays.

Community members are encouraged to attend this fundraiser dinner, enjoy a delicious meal, and help ensure the continued success of this beloved tradition.

The Best 4th in The North committee also needs more volunteers to help with the planning, fundraising and during the celebration. The committee typically meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM at the Chamber Office in Downtown Ticonderoga.
