A far cry from his South Florida roots, Brandon Barrera has become a staple of the New York comedy scene, performing regularly at clubs such as New York Comedy Club, and The Stand.
A true man of the people, Brandon’s “find the funny” outlook brings relatability to his eccentric lifestyle. From working on a marijuana farm, running with the bulls in Pamplona, getting drunk in the Oval Office, to his burgeoning golf caddy career, he knows the importance of taking the good from the bad, and that the craziest situations make for the best stories.
Brandon has opened for national touring headliners such as Francis Ellis, Chris Distefano, and Josh Adam Meyers; he’s made appearances on Will Ferrell’s comedy network Funny or Die, comedian Kerryn Feehan’s podcast, “Only Feehans,” and even has co-hosted and produced a few podcasts of his own titled “Love Caddies” and “Welcome to This.” He recently wrote and performed a one-man storytelling show called, “Here Goes Nothing” that he ran for twenty-five consecutive days at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
