Start the year off right! We are excited to be offering another session of “The Butt Stops Here” smoking cessation program for Hudson Headwaters patients in the new year.

The program is a free, six-week tobacco cessation program, now in a virtual format with multiple program options available to fit your busy schedule.

Participants will learn about nicotine addiction, nicotine replacement therapies (for example, nicotine gum, & lozenges) stress management and coping skills, shared experiences and goals.

Unlike a traditional live, in-person series, this class will be run virtually so participants can log in on a smartphone, tablet or computer, from the comfort of your own home.
