Whether imagining new exhibits or rethinking permanent installations, this workshop focuses on creative possibilities that enhance the visitor experience. The Workshop offers strategies for museum staff and volunteers to design and prepare in-house exhibits and install low-cost displays. Presenter Mary Zawacki, Curator from the Schenectady County Historical Society, provides creative-yet practical-approaches to interpreting and displaying materials and making the best use of space. The workshop also explores how to tell your unique stories and link your exhibits with others by developing regional themes. (Registration Required for Event)
