The Lake George Association will host the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) September Networking Event and After Business Mixer on Thursday, September 11th from 5:30 – 7:00 PM at Ti Arts Downtown Gallery. Ti Arts Downtown Gallery is located at 119 Montcalm Street in Ticonderoga.
Sponsors providing door prizes that attendees can enter to win include Brannock Properties, Dolly & the bean, Julie & Co. Realty, Ledge Hill Brewing Co., & Ti Automotive.
“We are so excited to partner with the Ticonderoga Chamber of Commerce and the Ti Arts Downtown Gallery for an evening that brings the business community together in a shared mission of protecting Lake George while celebrating the beauty and creativity it inspires,” shared Danielle Brown, Development Manager of Lake George Association.
The Chamber’s “After Business Mixers” provides a networking forum for Chamber Members, area business representatives, and organizations. In addition, the networking events provide an opportunity to highlight the host as well as promote the door prize sponsors. Networking and connecting with other Chamber Members is a key component of Chamber membership and marketing your business or organization.
Chamber Members, area businesses, and organizations are encouraged to take advantage of this and all networking opportunities. Join the Chamber to connect with area businesses and organizations, meet new people, and take advantage of the opportunity to hear from the hosts. In addition, use this opportunity to keep the Chamber updated so they can assist you to the best of their ability.
Founded in 1885 as the first lake conservation organization in the country, the Lake George Association is the preeminent lake protection entity dedicated to protecting the Queen of American Lakes in Upstate New York. Through cutting-edge science by way of the Jefferson Project — a collaboration between the LGA, RPI and IBM — the LGA protects the largest lake in the Adirondack Park from five key threats: Invasive Species, Road Salt, Nutrient Pollution, Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) and Climate Change.
