The Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership (TMSP), along with the Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC), are excited to announce the Annual Ticonderoga End of Winter Carnival & Fireworks on Saturday, March 7th, 2026! This family-friendly celebration is packed with fun, laughter, and winter adventures for all ages, including indoor carnival games, interactive performances, food, live music, and a spectacular fireworks display to close out the day.
New for 2026: Enjoy the Winter Farmers Market, offering local goods and seasonal favorites. Enjoy listening to a DJ & a new performance at the armory. Plus, winter lovers can take part in on-your-own activities, weather permitting, such as ice skating at the Ticonderoga Ice Rink or sledding in Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park.
“We are thrilled to bring the community together for a day of winter fun and excitement,” said John Bartlett, TMSP Grants & Fundraising Manager. “There’s something for everyone, and we hope families will make a whole weekend out of it in Ticonderoga!”

Saturday, March 7th
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Snowmobile Rides | Ticonderoga Recreational Fields
Complimentary snowmobile rides for children and families, provided by the Adirondack Trailriders. Weather and snow dependent.
11:00 – 11:45 AM: Rockin’ Ron the Friendly Pirate | Ticonderoga Armory
An entertaining, educational, and interactive pirate music show for all ages by an acclaimed performer with multiple albums and a children’s book. Thank you, Ticonderoga Festival Guild!
12:00 – 2:00 PM: Indoor Winter Carnival | Ticonderoga Armory
Enjoy classic carnival games, prizes, food, a bounce house, full face art, caricatures, giveaways, and more—all under one roof! Music and fun with DJ Dan Whitford.
4:30 – 7:00 PM: Winter Farmers Market | Ticonderoga Knights of Columbus
Shop local vendors featuring handmade goods and unique finds! Cash bar and bar menu available.
7:30 PM: Campfire & Cocoa | Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park
Warm up by the fire and enjoy a tasty warm treat while waiting for the Winter Wonderland Fireworks Display!
8:00 PM: Winter Wonderland Fireworks Display | Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park
Cap off the end of the carnival with a spectacular fireworks show lighting up the winter sky.

Make it a Weekend in Ticonderoga!
Why limit the fun to just one day? Make a full weekend of it in the Ticonderoga Area and enjoy everything the area has to offer! Start Friday evening with live music at Paper & Pencil or a delicious Lenten Fish Fry at the Knights of Columbus. On Saturday, March 7th, continue the celebration with community favorites hosted by the Ticonderoga American Legion Auxiliary, including a basket raffle and bake sale from 3:00 – 6:00 PM ($10 per raffle sheet), followed by a hearty chicken & biscuit dinner served from 4:00 – 7:00 PM for $12, featuring chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce. Throughout the weekend, take in the winter scenery with ice skating and sledding, enjoy local dining specials at restaurants and explore downtown shops.
