Cornell Cooperative ExtensionPOWER OF PRODUCE (POP) CLUB EDUCATOR: This position will serve as the educator for the Power of Produce (POP) Club farmers’ market program, working directly with over 300 kids at summer farmers’ markets in the Adirondack region. This position will implement a menu of existing POP Club and local foods curricula through activities such as one-on-one teaching, group classes, and workshops, and will cover topics including but not limited to nutrition, pollination, and composting.
