Program Administrator

The Ticonderoga Revitalization Alliance (Ti Alliance) is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Administrator to support the coordination and implementation of ourcommunity programs, as well as provide office administration. This role offers fexibility, with the
option for either part-time or full-time hours. The Program Administrator will report directly to the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the coordination and implementation of Ti Alliance programs.
● Provide administrative support, including filing, communications, and documentation.
● Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as needed.
● Maintain program recordkeeping and assist with compliance tracking.
● Collaborate closely with community stakeholders, contractors, and partners.
● Assist with grant applications and reporting.
● Manage social media platforms and contribute to website updates via WordPress.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit or government-related field.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office management tools.
● Experience with social media platforms and WordPress preferred.
● Ideal candidate will have a BA in an appropriate field.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience. The position can be part-time or full-time with flexible hours.
