We are growing and have 2 positions open for HVAC Mini Split installers. Our lead installers are making $62,400 per year straight time + over time + plus weekly bonuses + company benefits. At our other location many of our lead installers last year made over $74,000 for the year. We have a 2023 Mercedes AWD van ready to enter into our fleet and ready for a new lead install technician.
