Line Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our standards of quality and presentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively in a kitchen setting, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. - Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices. - Ensure all food safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. - Familiarity with culinary techniques and meal preparation processes. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
