Duties: - Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and inviting dining experience. - Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system - Efficiently serve food and drinks while adhering to food safety standards. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and kitchen equipment. - Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and attentiveness to enhance guest relations. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards. - Uphold upscale dining etiquette and culinary standards throughout service. Requirements - Previous experience in the food and beverage industry. - Proficient in using POS systems; familiarity with Toast is a plus - Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures. - Exceptional guest relations skills and a friendly demeanor. - Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed within the kitchen and dining areas.
